It was quiet on the blog last week as I was taking a week away in Martha’s Vineyard. This has almost become an annual trip for my husband and I. Instead of staying at a bed and breakfast, as we usually do, we rented a house for a week near Edgartown. Many hours were spent lounging on the deck and barbecuing dinner. No trip to Martha’s Vineyard is complete without a trip to Larsen’s Fish Market to have some sweet lobsters and raw clams. Their lobsters are the best! We went fishing and caught three blue fish and one black bass. They made for such delicious fish tacos after grilling on the bbq. Not to waste anything, we used the heads to make a hearty fish soup. This time, we finally made it to the beach! So sad to leave Martha’s Vineyard. See you again next year.
